We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes via our courier partner(s). 

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 4–5 business days of order confirmation and successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, courier network issues, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Shipping is free on all orders across India.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@legalbooksindia.com with your order number, and we will follow up with our courier partner on your behalf. In the rare case a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged Packages

If your book arrives damaged or the package appears tampered with, please:

• Do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged, or
• If already accepted, take photos of the damaged item/packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@legalbooksindia.com

We will arrange a free replacement or refund for genuinely damaged items, subject to verification.
